Position: 1 :Trainee Software Engineer
Qualification: BE/ BTech /MCA
Fresher :2010/2011
Percentage criteria : 65% throughout the career.(Mandatory)
Technical skill Required : Should have completed training on Testing or Dotnet.
Documents required :
One hardcopy of resume, one passport size photo, Address proof XeroxCopy.
Position 2 : HR Recruiter
Qualification :Any UG/PG
Exp : 0-1year.
Required skills :
- Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle.
- Identify prospective candidates according to the skills required.
- Sourcing, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, coordination and follow up till offer and join
- Calling the candidate for interview conformation and take some details from candidate also.
- Once the profile short listed by client , after that schedule the interviews.
- Taking Telephonic interview, preliminary round interview.
- Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation & co-ordination till selection and joining
- Making daily tracker , MMR and tracker for profiles everyday .
- Building strong long-term client and consultant relationship by providing timely effective recruitment solutions.
