The candidate should:

1. Work on 2D drafting of offshore oil platforms and rigs using AutoCAD/ Microstation to customer standards.
2. Be familiar with manufacturing practices, weld symbols, connection designs.
3. Have good communication skills and lead a team of draftsmen.
4. Coordinate with engineers in design implementation and interact with customers with good interfacing skills.
