Qualification:

Any Graduate with 0 - 4 yrs of experience in BPO / KPO in Voice process.

Requirement:

• Should have excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills.

• Should have good Logical & Analytical reasoning skills.

• Should have Decision making skills.

• Well versed with customer service orientation, phone etiquettes and basic computer applications.

• Need to be flexible to work in shifts
