The candidate should be able to develop original content for websites.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in English/Literature or Mass communication with excellent command over written English.
Excellent writing, editing and computer skills
Experience developing contents for Internet media
Write effectively for web sales content, brochures etc.
Must be fluent in writing
Good command over language and grammar
Developing/ Editing News Reports, Articles
Developing original content for websites

Job Description/Responsibilities:
1. The role will involve performing online and offline research on topics provided and writing web content for websites / blogs on a range of topics which include entertainment, finance, travel, arts and so on.
2. Regular tasks: Performing online research, proof reading, editing and writing SEO-friendly web content on a regular basis.
Must be able to co-ordinate between various team members to receive input on tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
3. Writing: It will involve writing articles which include grammatically correct text, simple sentences, appropriate punctuation. The articles should directly communicate the message to the customer.
Must be capable of writing unique web content for websites / portals, writing promotional articles for clients and content related to marketing of in-house projects, blog writing on various subjects, writing news articles, punch lines & press releases, writing content for online magazines, forums etc.
4. The role will also involve proofreading and fine tuning existing web content to create good quality and user-friendly web content.
5. Identifying new campaigns on a periodic basis. Hands-on experience in writing innovative & fresh content is a plus.
6. Any additional responsibility given.
