Requirement : Any Graduate with strong academic performance - Fresher /Experienced. Good judgment and decision making skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment Data management skills will be an added advantage Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer it’s a Non voice process. Responsibilities : Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps Work closely with Google's UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation /content Shift : 8.30am – 5.30pm(Standard) Mon – Fri – Non voice 5.30pm – 1.30am(Standard) Mon – Fri – Semi Voice Compensation : 1.87LPA(14400 Take home) – Day Compensation : 1.87LPA(14400 Take home) + Night Shift Allowance + Quality Bonus – Evening Shift Walk-in On 14th July 2012 From 8:30 AM @ Vijayawada Walk-in Address: NRI Institute of Technology Pothavarappadu(P), Via Nunna,AGIRIPALLI MANDAL Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh |
