Designation: Process Associates Salary : 1.87LPA (14400 Take home) Shift : • 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Standard) Mon – Fri – Non-Voice • 5.30 PM to 1.30 AM (Standard) Mon – Fri – Semi Voice Requirement : • Any Graduate with strong academic performance – Fresher /Experienced. • Good judgment and decision making skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus • Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities • Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs • Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment • Data management skills will be an added advantage • Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer • It’s a Non voice process Responsibilities : • Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages • Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Google Maps • Work closely with Google’s UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes • Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum • Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content Selection Process : • Group discussion • Online test Please Carry : • Updated Resume Copy • Photo ID proof • Two Passport Size Colour Photos  |
