Job Details:
AMAZON, SITEL, APOLLO ADP, 24/7CUSTOMER- Center of Excellence (CoE) for Customer / Tech Support
* Handling Customer / Collections / Technical Issues (Voice & Non Voice)
*Provide first-level / second-level Customer / Tech Support using available tools.
*Would be interacting with US customers
*Willingness to work in night shifts
Desired Profile:
* UG/Grads/PG
* Very Good Communication skills in English
* Knowledge of Computers including Operating Systems and internet.
Salary Between : 1.7 lk to 3.5 lk per annum plus incentives
WALK IN for SPOT INTERVIEWS from Monday to Saturday.
Between 11 A.M to 3 P.M with COPY of your CV and a passport size photo. WE ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY
