*Identify and co-lead exploratory discussions with potential client.
*Create and structure new business agreements/models.
*Identify, introduce, evaluate and recommend opportunities to the management team.

*Experience identifying partners and structuring complex contracts, with a proven track record of negotiating and executing deals and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product management, engineering, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc).
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial.
*Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
