| Job Description: |
• Working in a Project Office under the management of PMO Senior Analyst or PMO Manager. • Supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings. • Providing basic guidance on individual project proposals. • Some involvement in various aspects of supporting a programme by providing a cross programme view on risk, change, quality, finance or configuration management. • Tracking milestones, associated benefits, and key deliverable dates. Overseeing the Change Control process. • Tracking of risks, issues, dependencies and all other logs required to support the programme. • Resource management. • Managing paperwork/status reports between the various groups. • Managing programme PR and communication. • Responsible for the programme document library, SharePoint site(s) and Intranet sites.
