| * Strong working knowledge of process modeling, knowledge of Deloitte methodology, and package implementation methodology. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Working knowledge of ARIS functional system is mandatory. * Strong project management skills and organizational skills. Detail-oriented. * Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker and worker. * Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues. * Works well in team environments and has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment. * Logical thinker, ability to trouble shoot technical issues, ability to quickly learn new emerging technologies * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle. * Open to work in different shifts - including night shift Qualification : Any GraduateExperience : 0 - 3 YearsLocation : Hyderabad / Secunderabad Desired Candidate Profile: The key skills required are as follows: * Handle and address ARIS related requests/queries and respond to practitioner requests within stipulated SLA * Support queries related to Navigation, modeling - tool functionality and Deloitte methodology * Help converting existing IP4-format content into ARIS format * Navigate through details of repository/hosting options and related SLAs, then help practitioners get the repository set up * Respond to practitioners and walk them through technical requirements to run application setup files and installation guides * Manage service requests from origination to completion * Record service requests, correspondence and resolution in a call management system* Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues Click For More Details&Apply |
