Position : 2 :Business Development      Executive
   Experience : 0 -2years
Job Description:
   Manage entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening,      target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills.
   Should have excellent communication skills with high      energy levels and enthusiasm
   Should be target driven, proactive, and a good team      player.
   Taking ownership for entire sales lifecycle ? from      Leads to Closure, determine and execute appropriate sales strategies in accordance      with the Company?s consolidated strategy and required financial and operational      targets
   Determine critical success factors for new client acquisition      negotiate and close business to ensure that closure targets are achieved
   Meeting the clients targets in the defined market and      business segments
   Must be self-driven and proactive ? should be able      to own deliverables and commitments
   Identify new business development opportunities through      ensuring a healthy pipeline / funnel of prospects
   Manage the preparation of the budgets, reports, forecasts      and performance and ensure they are presented in a timely manner.
   Ensure the continued development of the Company?s CRM      Practice client base by actively managing the expansion of clients.
