We are seeking associates for Non voice process - day shift, but we need candidates who possess Excellent communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirement :
· Any Graduate with strong academic performance - Fresher /Experienced.
· Good judgment and decision making skills
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus
· Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
· Good knowledge of world geography/general knowledge/current affairs
· Flexible to work in a fast-changing environment
· Data management skills will be an added advantage
· Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer
· Work experience in any calling processes is an added advantage
Responsibilities :
· Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
· Educate users to improve quality of user generated content on Maps
· Work closely with UGC Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes
· Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature requests on an user help forum
· Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content
Candidates will go through a Jam session and Written Test.
Test is a Combination of below subjects. Hence request you to kindly prepare and come for the same.
